Working at our vibrant Bedford Park location you will be instrumental in guiding Operators collaborating closely with our expert Process Engineer and continuously refining our production processes. Help maintain the precision of our process documentation while championing improvements and breakthroughs on the production floor.

Shift Details:
- Engage in a 12-hour shift cycle with the refreshing perk of every alternate weekend off
- Night shifts: 7 PM to 7 AM provide flexibility

Key Responsibilities:
- Key contributor to reduced downtime during production changeovers
- Uphold production standards and quality excellence for your shifts
- Provide innovative updates and insights to the Process Engineer
- Develop initiatives that enhance both product quality and line efficiencies
Technical Expertise:
- Expertise in extrusion and thermoforming processes
- Comprehensive mechanical and electrical understanding
- Proficiency with high-tech manufacturing equipment
- Exemplary troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
