Job Summary

The Associate Office Support Coordinator is very important for making sure that daily office tasks go smoothly. This job is in charge of providing administrative and clerical support organizing office activities and helping different departments work together to make the organization more efficient and effective. The person who gets the job will be very organized pay attention to detail and be able to communicate clearly.


Main Duties:

Be the main point of contact for all internal and external correspondence.

Keep track of office supplies and order more when you need them.

Plan and organize meetings appointments and travel for staff.

Prepare and edit letters emails presentations and other documents.

Keep both electronic and paper filing systems up to date.

Help new employees get used to their jobs and learn how to do them.

Help the management team with project-based work and other tasks as needed.

Keep an eye on and answer general office emails and phone calls.

Make sure that company rules and policies are followed.

Help with planning events and communicating across the whole organization.

Qualifications:

An associates degree in business administration office management or a related field or a combination of education and work experience that is equal to this.

At least one to two years of experience in office or administrative support.

Able to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) well.

Great skills in both writing and speaking.

Good at organizing and doing more than one thing at once.

A lot of discretion and professionalism.

Pay:

The annual salary is between $43000 and $52000 depending on where you work and how much experience you have.
