Job Summary

Are you an analytical thinker who loves solving problems and helping people We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team in Irving TX 75038 on a temporary basis from October 2025 to April 2026.

In this role youll be responsible for conducting credit investigations and analyzing credit information to support the mortgage underwriting process. This includes verifying and updating credit data as requested by clients. Youll provide key operational support to our Production Team by managing the credit report supplement process.

Were looking for someone passionate about:

Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution via telephone
Responding to consumer and client inquiries and complaints
Performing administrative tasks like general correspondence and data entry
Effectively perform internet research for documentation to assist with verification requests
Analyzing credit files to identify cause of missing or changed data
Supporting the team however needed to deliver quality services

The ideal candidate will have:

Background in credit reporting loan servicing mortgage banking and/or call center
1 year of mortgage industry experience
Strong PC typing written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills and understanding of customer satisfaction
High school diploma; college degree preferred

We offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $22.00.

Must be able to work any shift: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM and 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
