Your Role
As a French and English-Speaking Customer Advisor you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing them with personalized assistance solutions and guidance regarding their insurance needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
Resolving issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Educating customers about insurance policies benefits and terms.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our database.
Collaborating with team members to continuously improve customer experience.
What Were Looking For
We value potential and attitude over experience. While prior experience in customer service insurance or a related field is a plus it is not a must. We provide full training and support to help you succeed in your role.
Key qualifications:
C2 in French
Good command of English (training and communication will be conducted in English).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work on-site in Lisbon.
