Digital Marketing Assistant
A digital marketing assistant supports the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns across social media email and web platforms helping increase a companys digital presence and engagement.
Core Responsibilities
- Supporting the marketing manager and team with day-to-day operations and project coordination.
- Managing social media accounts including creating scheduling and tracking post engagement.
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns and maintaining email databases.
- Performing market research and analyzing digital metrics from Google Analytics and other tools.
- Updating website content using content management systems (CMS).
- Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns.
- Writing and posting online content including blog posts press releases and marketing materials.
- Preparing reports and dashboards to measure campaign performance.
- Supporting event coordination promotions and other marketing initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing communications business or digital media.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics AdWords and CRM or email marketing software (e.g. Mailchimp).
- Solid understanding of SEO social media and online advertising concepts.
- Strong written communication multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Creative mind and keen attention to detail with the ability to follow brand guidelines closely.
