About the job: Assistant Manager/Team Leader (Alabang) Onsite

Work Setup: 100% Onsite (Alabang)

Work Schedule: Graveyard shift

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the team: Provide direction inspire a positive work environment and foster open communication.
  • Set goals and delegate tasks: Define team goals connect the work to the organizations objectives and assign responsibilities based on team members skills and expertise.
  • Monitor performance and provide feedback: Track team progress using key metrics conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback and coaching to improve skill sets.
  • Manage operations and resources: Oversee daily workflows manage project progress allocate resources and ensure adherence to deadlines and company goals.

Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of team lead/assistant manager experience preferably under an insurance account
  • Excellent communication skills
  • At least 2 years in college w/o back subjects
