Job Summary
Azeus board portal solution is being used in over 80 countries worldwide and supports multiple languages. We need a Project Admin Assistant to handle translation encoding tasks. He or she will also assist in various administrative activities that will help the Project Manager and project team members focus on their tasks.
Responsibilities
- Encode translated strings
- Respond in a timely and professional manner to queries concerning translations and string resources
- Manage label and message (string) resources requested by the development teams
- Assist in project coordination and tracking of tasks including follow-up with other stakeholders to provide requests on time on a regular basis
- Compile artefacts/ data / statistic / documents / information in an organized manner as required (e.g. generate report summary compilation)
- Render general administrative support to project/s
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree holder in any course
- Flexible willing to work on various administrative tasks across various projects
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi task in a fast paced deadline-oriented environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Fast learner analytical methodical and well-organized
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Experienced in the use of mobile devices and can easily be trained on the use of mobile applications
- Good written and oral communication skills
*Contract for 6 months with opportunity for regular employment.
