What Youll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone email chat and social media
- Personalize every interaction with empathy and active listening
- Guide customers to the right solutions and ensure satisfaction
- Escalate feedback to improve internal processes
- Focus on KPIs like customer satisfaction quality and productivity
- Help retain customers through outstanding service
Who You Are
- professionally fluent in Dutch (C1 level)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Google Suite MS Office and CRM tools
- Team-oriented flexible and proactive
- Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset with a positive attitude
