What Youll Do:

Provide friendly and professional support to German-speaking customers
Assist with travel bookings questions and post-trip care
Handle calls chats and emails with efficiency and empathy
Log and update customer interactions in the CRM system
Work closely with a diverse international team to meet service goals

What Youll Bring:

Native-level German and strong English (C1)
Willingness to relocate to Malta (well support you!)
Great communication and people skills
A flexible approach to working rotating shifts including weekends
Customer service experience is a bonus but full training is provided
A love for travel and working in a global environment
