Job Summary

What you will be required to do:

  • Develop new business relationships as well as supporting an existing customer base locally and throughout Melbourne
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to exceed the companys financial goals
  • Provide regular sales reports and market / territory updates
  • Assist in the establishment of pricing structures and contracts to suit customer requirements
  • Liaising with clients and provide them with high end quality service Achieving KPIs and handling all general inbound inquiries while delivering exceptional customer service to clients

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Business Development background
  • Recruitment Agency Experience Heavy industrial preferred
  • Proven Sales experience
  • Ability to negotiate and execute customer contracts
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record increasing client base and sales growth
  • Self- motivated and ability to work autonomously
  • Demonstrate strong ability to influence key decision makers
  • Passion and drive for business growth and success
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • A solid understanding of CRM systems
  • Strong work ethic and well presented
  • Have working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
