This is a strategic leadership role where youll guide regulatory and policy outcomes for a major gas network. Youll work closely with government bodies regulators and internal teams to ensure the business remains sustainable compliant and customer-focused in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.
What youll do
- Policy Development & Advocacy: Lead the development of gas policy positions aligned with long-term strategy. Advocate with regulators and policymakers.
- Regulatory Strategy & Price Reviews: Shape regulatory strategies and lead engagement for price reviews. Guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality submissions.
- Regulatory Support & Compliance: Provide expert regulatory guidance to operational teams.
What Youll Bring
- A degree in Commerce Economics Finance Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in complex policy development ideally within energy markets or regulated industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Experience in price review processes for regulated utilities.
