About SendTech
Pitney Bowes SendTech segment provides mailing and shipping technologies software and solutions that help businesses of all sizes simplify sending reduce costs and improve productivity. Our portfolio includes shipping platforms mailing systems and related services that enable clients to manage their sending needs with accuracy efficiency and control.

The FP&A Analyst SendTech Shipping supports financial planning and analysis for Pitney Bowes $220M Shipping business the growth engine of SendTech. This role provides insights on product performance subscriber trends and capital deployment to support strategic growth initiatives.

You Will:

Support budget forecast and actuals analysis for the SendTech Shipping business.
Analyze subscribers and ARPU (average revenue per user) by product to identify growth drivers and risks.
Track and analyze label print volumes and throughput dollars to monitor third-party incentive programs.
Own equipment forecasting for the lockers and kiosks portfolio supporting growth and capital planning.
Partner with Shipping business leaders to provide actionable insights that influence strategic and operational decisions.
Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting packages.

Your Background:

Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field (required).
13 years of FP&A or business analysis experience (preferred).
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; SAP ECC 6.0 experience a plus.
Ability to synthesize subscriber ARPU and volume data into clear financial insights.
Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with business leaders.
Willingness to adopt generative AI solutions to enhance the quality speed and effectiveness of financial analysis and reporting.

Compensation:

The wage range for this position is $80000-$90000 / year with the actual pay dependent on your skills and experience as they relate to the job requirements.

Location:

This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the Shelton CT office required. (No relocation assistance offered.)
