The Team
We are looking for an accomplished analytics professional to be a creative and collaborative team member helping develop and drive strategic analytical initiatives. As an indispensable member of CKSI youll be embedded in a business unit and will be a part of an agile inter-disciplinary team with a diverse set of skills across analytics engineering and data science partnering to optimize and personalize the Fidelity experience.
The team will look up to you as a senior subject matter authority in analytics & insights.
The Expertise Were Looking For
Bachelors Degree with 8 years of experience generating analytical insights to drive business actions including experience with a range of analytical tools and techniques such as SQL Qlik/Tableau Python R etc. Or Masters Degree with 6 years of experience.
Experience with big data technologies / languages such as Snowflake Hadoop Apache Pig Hive is required
Experience with digital analytics using tools such as Adobe analytics is a plus.
Graduate degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Engineering Economics Statistics. MBA or MS degree a plus

Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope geographic location candidates relevant experience and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
