Job Description
The Opportunity:
Our ENT department at Saint Lukes plaza is looking for an APP to join ENT team. First assist training would be beneficial.
This position requires rounding on hospital patients performing consults and seeing patients in the clinic. First assisting in the OR may also be involved.
Shift Details:
This position is Monday through Friday and the home base will be the plaza location but there may be opportunities to cover for another ENT APP at one of the other locations (SLE SLN or SLS). Currently there is no call or weekend coverage required but this could change in the future.
The Work:
- Accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data
- Identifies appropriate expected outcomes
- Develop and implement plan of care
- Provide comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management
- Provide consultation to influence plan of care for clients
- First Assist required
- Previous experience in ENT preferred
