Client Success Partner Insights Platform Walkthrough

About the role:

The Client Success team follows a Client for Life Philosophy and individuals in this role ensure that every Gartner client receives value far exceeding their investment. Associates seek to understand and surface clients business priorities breakdown challenges and identify the most effective ways to support the client in making the right decisions for their business. They are responsible for articulating Gartner value to prospective clients onboarding clients proving the concept of Gartner services and stimulating client engagement of products.

New Client Engagement (NCE) a part of our Client Success Organization is a fast-paced dynamic business unit focused on providing the highest level of service to prospects and clients. NCE is made up of two functions: Client Onboarding and Insights Platform Walkthrough for prospects.

The Insights Platform Walkthrough team (this position) provides pre-sale demonstrations of Gartner resources including our platform to prospects as a part of the sales process.

The NCE team utilizes Gartner assets coupled with our platform to provide a valuable client experience that starts with a prospect demonstration by an NCE Insights Platform Walkthrough specialist moves to an extensive client onboarding experience by an NCE Client Onboarding Specialist and transitions seamlessly to a service delivery associate for ongoing support.

Youll apply strategic thinking and relationship building to help executives solve their most pressing business challenges. You will understand their critical initiatives align Gartner research and expertise and help contribute to Gartners growth.

What you will do:

• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license. Communicate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize the value Gartner delivers to prospects and clients.
• Research prospective and existing companies C-Level executives business trends and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
• Facilitate prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartners renowned products and services.
• Understand and communicate Gartner services and capabilities to prospective clients and demonstrate value to decision makers.
• Support continuous improvement strategies that align with team client and organizational priorities.
  

What you will need:

• Native-level Japanese business level English
• 2 years relevant professional and/or relevant internship experience (sales internships and/or experience a plus)
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication collaboration prioritization critical thinking and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
• Ability to present to individuals large groups and high influence stakeholders both internally within Gartner and externally
• Well defined Time Management and Organizational skills
• Bachelors degree preferred
