Salary of $70926 - $78289 p.a. plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading (paid pro rata based on part time hours completed)

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Assistant where you willbe responsible for class preparation storing and monitoring supplies and maintaining computing equipment to support teaching staff with the effective and efficient delivery of educational programs.

  • This position is for 41 weeks per year and the advertised annual salary will be prorated to reflect the part-year work schedule.

About You

Bring your passion for the Fitting and Machining Industry and strong organisational skills to our team. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively paired with excellent customer service will ensure success in this dynamic role.

Essential Requirements

  • A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement).
  • Trade qualifications appropriate to the role and trades area and/or relevant industry experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to service clean repair and safely operate workshop machinery.
  • Demonstrated application of practical administration and computer skills to support supply stores maintenance warehouse related duties and record keeping or similar activities.
  • Demonstrated customer service organisational skills and ability to work as a member of a team with minimal supervision.
  • As required possession of or willingness to obtain prior to commencement of employment the following:
    • Valid Working with Children Check
    • Drivers Licence
    • First Aid Certificate
    • Forklift Licence
