Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a high-potential Management Trainee to join their growing team. This position offers a unique opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience in sales merchandising product management and commercial planning within one of Thailand and International most dynamic business environments.
Responsibilities:
- Support the management in planning and executing product assortment pricing and promotion strategies.
- Analyze market trends sales data and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing Supply Chain and Sales to ensure effective product execution.
- Monitor product performance and recommend actions to improve sales and profitability.
- Participate in seasonal planning supplier negotiations and stock management.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support management decisions.
- Take part in on-the-job rotations and development programs designed to build leadership and commercial skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or related fields.
- 02 years of experience in merchandising retail or FMCG industry (new graduates are welcome).
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Proactive fast learner and eager to take on new challenges.
- Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
