Serve as Rubys key contact for IHG Global Sales for our B2B clients always professional always personal and never boring
Turn good conversations into long-term collaborations and make sure Ruby stays top of mind
Track trends analyse feedback and share insights to shape smarter strategies
Work closely with Ops Marketing and Revenue to create seamless guest and client experiences
Represent the spark of Ruby with confidence and a wink at trade fairs events and networking nights

Weve been waiting for you since you have/are:

A few years of experience in hotel sales or account management and a strong local network to match
A curious mind an entrepreneurial spirit and a healthy dose of drive
Hands-on energy and the ability to stay calm even when things get lively
Comfort with CRM tools and MS Office plus an instinct for good organization
Feel at home in CRM tools and Excel sheets and somehow still keeps everything perfectly organized
Fluent English and Swedish with a knack for authentic communication
