We are currently searching for a Project Manager / Scrum Master:
Responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts between technical and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze and document AS-IS and TO-BE processes required for implementation.
- Prepare and ensure timely delivery of project documentation and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress throughout the life cycle to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Identify risks and issues in a timely manner and propose mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between user and technical teams ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
- Facilitate understanding of requirements across all involved areas.
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience using JIRA.
- English level: Intermediate.
- Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Desired
- Experience managing technology or process-oriented projects.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the banking sector.
- Knowledge of credit or NAFIN processes.
Languages
- Intermediate Oral English.
- Native Spanish.
