Job Summary
Do you want to work with HR and rewards in an international and creative environment As a HR-Consultant you will play a key role in supporting and developing compensation and benefits processes for our client a global company based in Malmö. About the Position
This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts until June 2026. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at our client in Malmö an international company in the entertainment and technology sector.

Job Responsibilities
As a HR Consultant you will support the rewards manager with the day-to day tasks concerning compensation related questions while working closely with HR colleagues and managers to ensure smooth reward processes such as salary reviews benchmarking benefits administration and reporting. You will also contribute to the ongoing project to implement pay transparency in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive assist with job evaluations market analyses and internal equity reviews and ensure that compensation practices comply with Swedish labor law and company guidelines.
- Support day-to-day compensation and benefits
- Work closely with HR and managers on salary reviews benchmarking and benefits administration
- Contribute to the implementation of pay transparency
- Assist with job evaluations and market analyses
Education Experience and Personal Characteristics
- Relevant degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance or similar
- A few years of professional experience in Compensation & Benefits Rewards or a related HR role
- Experience with salary review processes benchmarking and/or benefits administration
- Strong skills in Excel and comfortable working with HR data
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written is required; knowledge of Swedish is considered a merit
- Good knowledge in Office 365
