If you think youll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:
- Participates in administration: manages personnel administration processes (time management personal files employment contracts etc.)
Actively contributes to compliance with compensation regulations within the organization in collaboration with the central payroll team
Ensures the implementation of company procedures manages information related to HR matters and ensures compliance with HR rules and processes within the company
Builds the sites training plan and ensures its implementation in collaboration with the central L&D France team; also contributes to identifying funding sources for these programs with the central L&D team
Ethical practice: maintains a high level of personal and professional integrity acts as an ethical agent promoting the companys core values integrity and accountability throughout the organization
Proposes and implements actions aimed at strengthening the connection employees have with their work colleagues and the organization
Supports site leadership teams in implementing AUTOLIVs vision mission values and all policies
May support the HR Manager in strategic and regulatory social consultations
