Senior Mechanical Engineer

Are you ready to design technology that directly cuts emissions from the maritime industry Were building a dual-fuel hydrogen-diesel plugin system to retrofit vessels and reduce their environmental footprint and were looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help make it happen.
What Youll Be Doing:
Lead the design testing and deployment of dual-fuel (hydrogen-diesel) retrofit systems for internal combustion engines on ships.
Develop and execute test plans process diagrams and safety assessments.
Interpret test data to improve 1D/3D combustion models and drive performance upgrades.
Provide hands-on support with IC engine components and hydrogen fuel system troubleshooting.
Oversee on-board system installation and ensure operational success.
Apply knowledge of combustion chemistry pollutant formation and fuel behavior in engine settings.
Requirements:
Masters degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Strong technical foundation in mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience working with dual-fuel internal combustion engines.
Familiarity with hydrogen systems is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks NX).
Hands-on implementation-focused mindset.
Bonus If You Have:
Ph.D. in engineering.
Background in maritime or automotive industries.
Experience with ship engineering documentation or classification standards (e.g. Lloyds Register DNV).
Skills in LabVIEW MATLAB Python or CFD simulation tools like GT-Suite or CONVERGE.
