Now were looking for a driven Polish-speaking Inside Channel Account Manager to join our Adobe team one of the most iconic brands in the tech industry.

Tasks

Whats the Role

This isnt just another sales job. Its the perfect next step for BDRs SDRs or inside sales reps who want to level up. You dont need channel experience well train you to become a trusted advisor to Adobes partners. And heres the real game-changer and multiple doors open: not only you can progress to senior or management roles within EIMS but also our tech clients regularly hire our top reps into their own teams. That means your future earning potential career growth and international opportunities could accelerate faster than in almost any other sales role on the market.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Manage and grow 50 partner accounts in Easter Europe region
  • Set partner sales goals and help design marketing campaigns to support them
  • Act as a strategic consultant guiding partners through marketing and sales enablement initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven insights
  • Deliver partner training and engagement sessions to maximize impact

Requirements

Who are you

  • Speak Polish as your FIRST language
  • Ambition proactivity and the drive to build a high-earning career
  • Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
  • Understanding of Marketing and Sales activities (previous experience in full sales cycle)
