We are on the lookout for a dynamic and entrepreneurial International Sales Manager Latin America (m/f/d) to join our International Sales team! If you have a passion for developing markets building strong relationships and driving sales growth this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic and operational roadmaps for the Latin American market.
- Establish and expand a profitable distributor network opening new markets and finding new business partners.
- Manage and support existing distributors and subsidiaries ensuring alignment with local market conditions and company targets.
- Lead sales forecasting budget planning and performance reporting.
- Conduct trainings product presentations and actively participate in industry events and live surgeries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons.

Your Profile:
- University degree in Business International Management Medical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international sales preferably in medical devices.
- Fluent in Spanish and English with very good German communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Latin American healthcare market and an established network.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and communication skills.
