ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Communications Advisor to join our dynamic and multicultural team in Brussels.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Communications Director in delivering impactful content and engagement across GIRPs channels. Main tasks include:
- Support GIRPs communications efforts reporting directly to the Communications Director.
- Support the development of branding storytelling and digital campaigns including visual and written content.
- Assist in the creation design scheduling and publishing of engaging content across GIRPs offline and digital channels (website LinkedIn newsletters etc.).
- Contribute to the development of newsletters press releases and other communications assets.
- Update and maintain content on the GIRP website.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Masters degree in communications journalism digital marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of professional experience in communications PR campaigns or digital projects management ideally in a corporate/institutional environment with multiple audiences and channels.
- Demonstrable skills in content creation (LinkedIn posts press releases branded content).
- Native-level proficiency in English (with strong writing skills).
- Experience in segmenting communication messages and assets for varied stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Mailchimp LinkedIn Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
- High attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- EU national or EU work visa handler.
Desirable Qualifications
- Graphic/motion design skills.
- CMS and CRM experience.
- Experience in communications and advocacy for healthcare policy or European affairs.
