Bridge builder between Algist Bruggeman and the customer
As a Baking Advisor you are the technical face of Algist Bruggeman with customers. You literally and figuratively stand beside the baker: you listen analyze advise and inspire.
Your role and impact:
- You advise customers on yeast sourdough improvers and mixes
- You help bakeries with technical challenges and growth plans
- You give demos workshops and baking trials at customers or in the Baking Center
- You support product launches tests and industrial trials
- You work closely with sales and marketing
- You identify market trends and translate them into concrete actions
- You report to the Technical Support Manager together with your 3 colleagues.
In short: you turn products into solutions that work in the bakery..

Qualifications :
Profile :
Entrepreneurial and with a passion for baking
Job Requirements:
- You have extensive experience in the bakery or ingredients industry
- Knowledge of yeast fermentation and/or sourdough
- Technical background (bakery or food technology)
- Fluent communication in Dutch English and preferably also proficient in French
- Dont have all these competencies yet but think you can make the difference We are happy to discuss this with you.
You are someone who:
- explains complex matters clearly
- easily makes contact with customers
- works independently and takes initiative
- derives energy from collaboration
- moves easily in an international context
- can work in a team
