Job Summary

Were looking for a senior entrepreneurial data & analytics professional who thrives at the intersection of technology business and sales. Youll play a key role in driving growth and shaping data and analytics strategies for enterprise clients designing modern data platforms and leading pre-sales engagements from concept to close.

This is an opportunity to build your own team grow client relationships and take ownership of how analytics solutions are positioned and delivered across industries such as manufacturing construction and engineering.

Tasks

Lead pre-sales activities for Azure Databricks BI and Data Warehouse projects from discovery to proposal.
Design and present analytics architectures and roadmaps tailored to enterprise clients needs.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into scalable data platform solutions.
Engage C-level stakeholders in strategic discussions on data modernization and digital transformation.
Leverage your professional network to open doors identify new opportunities and help recruit top data talent (data engineers BI consultants data analysts).
Stay hands-on when needed capable of prototyping solution validation and demo delivery.
Support the growth of our Swedish analytics practice with the ambition to lead and scale a local team over time.

Requirements

8 years in data & analytics consulting solution architecture or pre-sales roles.
Proven track record of selling and delivering analytics / BI / data platform projects ideally in enterprise settings.
Deep technical knowledge of Azure Data Platform (Data Factory Synapse Databricks Power BI).
Strong understanding of modern data architectures data lakes and data warehousing concepts.
Prior exposure to manufacturing or construction sectors (e.g. NCC PEAB Skanska Sandvik Autoliv BillerudKorsnäs).
Solid communication and presentation skills with C-suite and technical audiences.
Fluent in Swedish (essential) and English (business level).
Consultancy background- used to working across clients and industries.
Entrepreneurial mindset -hungry ambitious and hands-on.
Natural leader with the ambition to build and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
Strong local network across Swedish enterprise and tech communities.
