Job Summary

Floyd Valley Healthcare has a need for a Home Health RN who will be responsible for the care of patients in their home. Our service area is Plymouth County Iowa. The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients. Previous experience with our EMR Meditech is a plus. This person will also be in the call rotation for the department one in four. Scheduled shifts are days Monday through Friday. We are open to 32-40 hours per week.

Shift: Day shifts (M - F) with one in four call rotation for nights and weekends.
