Job Summary
Job Description:

Define and implement operational strategies in alignment with company goals.

Plan monitor and manage all project executions from acquisition to handover.

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and efficiency improvements.

Oversee end-to-end project execution: land acquisition design construction sales support and handovers.

Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.

Monitor construction schedules quality standards and resource utilization.
-
Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments.

Drive automation and digital transformation across operations.

Implement best practices in procurement vendor management and contract negotiation.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional team including project managers site engineers procurement and legal teams.

Promote a culture of accountability performance and collaboration.

Ensure adherence to RERA municipal environmental and labor regulations.
-
Oversee documentation approvals and legal clearances for all projects.

Manage key external stakeholders including contractors architects consultants and government agencies.
-
Build strong vendor relationships ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
-
Work with the finance team to manage operational budgets and cost controls.

Monitor project cash flows timelines and profitability metrics.
