Ensure store presentation merchandising and promotional displays meet company standards.
Team Leadership
Recruit train motivate and manage store staff.
Set clear goals monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.
Build a culture of accountability collaboration and service excellence.
Financial & Reporting
Manage budgets expenses and cost control.
Analyse sales data and prepare reports for management.
Drive profitability through effective resource allocation and cost management.

Knowledge of stock management and retail systems (POS inventory software).
Minimum 35 years retail management experience preferably in liquor FMCG or premium lifestyle retail.
Proven track record of achieving sales and managing high-performing teams.
Willingness to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
