Position Overview
As a Security Guard with Integrity Security Hawaiʻi youll help maintain a safe welcoming and professional environment for our clients and their guests. Youll represent the company with integrity confidence and aloha ensuring safety and respect in every interaction.
Required Skills:
Situational Awareness: Stay alert observe surroundings and identify potential risks Access Control: Manage entry points check IDs and monitor visitor flow Incident Reporting: Write clear detailed reports of daily activities or incidents Emergency Response: Remain calm and follow procedures during emergencies (fire medical etc.) Patrolling: Conduct consistent rounds and inspections of assigned areas Conflict Resolution: Defuse tense situations with professionalism and respect
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED required
