Call Centre Representative Government Sector Focus

Location: Brisbane South
Employment Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Are you an experienced Call Centre professional looking for your next opportunity We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic team supporting a government-based environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Call Centre or contact centre role (essential)

  • Background or experience working with government clients or in a government environment highly regarded

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume setting

  • Tech-savvy with good data entry and computer skills

Training Commitment:
To ensure the highest standard of training and onboarding no planned leave can be taken during the first 12 weeks of employment.
