Are you an experienced Call Centre professional looking for your next opportunity We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join a dynamic team supporting a government-based environment.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Call Centre or contact centre role (essential)
Background or experience working with government clients or in a government environment highly regarded
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume setting
Tech-savvy with good data entry and computer skills
Training Commitment:
To ensure the highest standard of training and onboarding no planned leave can be taken during the first 12 weeks of employment.
