Were looking for a Team Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our products and fuels our growth.

In this high-impact role youll:

• Accelerate innovation by optimising deployment infrastructure enabling rapid delivery of new products and features
  

• Drive efficiency through DevOps best practices and smart cloud resource management
  

• Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity
  

• Lead digital transformation championing cloud-native technologies and modern development practices
  

• Promote a culture of innovation continuous learning and DevOps excellence
  

• Improve time-to-market with streamlined build pipelines and developer tooling
  

• Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud and delivery infrastructure
  

• Enable smarter decisions with robust monitoring and observability solutions

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.
  

• Strong Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams balancing effective people management with hands-on technical delivery.
  

• Deep Expertise in Kubernetes & AWS: Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure Kubernetes and platform engineering best practices.
  

• Strategic and Delivery-Oriented: Ability to define and drive the platform roadmap manage sprint goals and consistently deliver results with speed and quality.
  

• Autonomous Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying solutions making technical decisions and demonstrating ownership and initiative.
  

• Culture Champion with Growth Mindset: Passionate about leveraging modern tools fostering a collaborative environment and building high-performing teams.
