Job Summary

As a machine learning engineer on the team you will play a key role in our development. You will have responsibilities ranging from model design implementation training model iteration researching and experimenting with new ideas and evaluation. You will apply state-of-the-art generative AI and machine learning methods to continually advance Siris capabilities. 1 year of hands-on industry experience developing deep learning systems: training (and finetuning) models designing model architectures researching/experimenting with new ideas defining and creating metrics building datasets and performing error triages.
Deep understanding of Generative AI techniques/literature and proven track record of training (or deploying) LLMs/MLLMs to solve complex problems
Proficiency in Python and one of the deep learning frameworks (such as PyTorch JAX or Tensorflow)
Excellent communication: strong interpersonal verbal and written skills
Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Machine Learning Engineering or equivalent professional experience

PhD in Computer Science Machine Learning Engineering or equivalent professional experience
Demonstrated experience with building AI agents LLMs for tool use and Multimodal-LLMs.
Experience using one or more of the following: Reinforcement learning Distillation RLHF fine-tuning RAG/VectorDB LLM uncertainty quantification.
Experience developing shipping and improving machine learning models in a production environment or a solid publication record in top-tier conferences like NeurIPS ICML ICLR ICRA etc.
