Location: Ostrava

Technical Consultant / Project Manager Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Participation in projects such as: Site Selection Technical Due Diligence (TDD) Feasibility Study Masterplan Concepts
- Technical analysis verification and opinions on solutions reconciliation of documentation technical advice permitting path limitations from urban plans and studies
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with Clients
- Participation in the preparation of offers and the process of obtaining orders for the company
- Managing of projects from different aspects - timing budget quality leading internal team
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in the above-mentioned position
- Experience in engineering projects welcome
- A Bachelors and / or Masters degree in Architecture / Civil / or any other technical related to the aboves responsibilities
- Experience in industrial projects
- Knowledge of the construction process and permitting procedures
- Very good interpersonal abilities
- Very good skills in software (AutoCAD Office)
- English intermediate / advanced
- Willingness to travel in business conducting meetings with a Clients
Optionally:
Professional Engineer license in Architecture / Civil / other related to the aboves responsibilities
