Job Title:Senior Performance Tester / Performance Test Lead

Experience:5 to 8 Years
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior Performance Tester / Performance Test Leadwith 5 to 8 years of experience in performance testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of performance testing processes tools and analysis techniques and will be capable of leading performance testing initiatives across complex system.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute end-to-end performance testing lifecycle: strategy scripting workload modeling execution analysis and reporting.
Gather and analyze Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) including production statistics growth models and infrastructure needs.
Provide detailed performance analysis and actionable recommendations to improve system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Utilize performance testing tools such asJMeter LoadRunner NeoLoad or WebLOAD.
Monitor and interpret performance metrics across web application and database servers.
Use performance monitoring tools to track system behavior and identify issues.
Document and present performance test results and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
Expertise in at least one performance testing tool ( JMeter LoadRunner NeoLoad WebLOAD).
Experience with performance monitoring tools and interpreting system metrics.
Ability to analyze performance data and identify bottlenecks across different layers.
Familiarity with web application and database server parameters.
Proven ability to work independently and ramp up quickly on new projects.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Self-starter with minimal supervision .
Open to challenges and adaptable to changing environments.
Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills:
Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
Experience in retail/e-commerce applications is a strong plus.
