Job Summary
As an In Room Dining Waiter you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable room service experience for our guests. From the moment an order is placed to the delivery and collection of dishes you will ensure every detail reflects Nobus crafted approach to hospitality. With warmth attentiveness and precision you will bring the Nobu experience directly to our guests rooms.
You will
- Provide a genuine friendly and attentive service from order to delivery and collection
- Ensure all kitchenware and dishes are spotless and beautifully presented before reaching the guest
- Anticipate guest needs and create a personalised in room dining experience
- Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
- Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to every shift
- Embody Nobu values of Family Crafted Smile and Kokoro in all guest interactions
What Were Looking For
Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress preferably within luxury hospitality. You are confident organised and attentive with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a polished and personalised service. Above all you bring energy professionalism and a genuine smile that makes each guest feel cared for in the comfort of their own room.
