About the Team
Our Copenhagen team is part of Marshs global network collaborating with colleagues across the Nordics and Europe to deliver market-leading solutions in Property insurance. We work with a variety of clients from mid-size to large multinationals providing innovative support tailored to each clients unique challenges.
What You Will Do
- Lead property damage and business interruption advisory and placement for some of Denmarks largest companies
- Analyze and assess complex property and business interruption risks
- Design and structure comprehensive insurance programs and coverage frameworks
- Market insurance programs and negotiating with national and international insurers
- Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise within the Property Practice
- Set the vision strategy and actionable goals for the Practice ensuring alignment with Marshs strategic objectives
- Establish and maintain standards templates and best practices for the team
- Organize technical training seminars and knowledge-sharing activities for the team and Client Executives
- Stay up to date with industry developments regulatory changes and best practices and actively educate the team
- Support cross-organizational initiatives including sales efforts and ad hoc projects to improve service models and processes
What You Need to Have
- Extensive experience with property insurance with proven technical expertise
- Proven track record with large complex global property risks
- Minimum bachelors degree or equivalent professional accreditation
- Strong analytical skills in risk assessment and program design
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a high ambition for quality
- Commercial mindset and international outlook
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across borders
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or another Nordic language is a plus
