This role is being offered as a 6 month contract.
This role will follow a hybrid remote/onsite schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work on-site from our Ottawa Head Office on Walkley Road 1- 2 days / month for an 8-5 schedule.

Maintain promotional events in Confirmed Ad Listing System (CALS) and Grocery Event Planner (GEP).
Creating and maintaining multiple promotional event types such as flyer or in store features.
Updating flyer blocking according to placement on finalized block plan.
Create & maintain grocery block plans
Complete buying team change requests
Create and maintain return sheets
Test GEP bug fixes and enhancements
Minimum two (2) years of retail experience
Postsecondary education in a related field such as Marketing or Business Administration
Meticulous attention to detail
Proven ability to prioritize tasks be analytical and self-motivated
Strong logic and problem solving skills
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
Ability to prioritize and multi-task within time constraints
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel and Word)
Working knowledge of AS400 system
Working knowledge of MicroStrategy BI
