Consumer Insights powers the TruAudience platform helping top brands retailers and media companies turn data into confident high-impact decisions that support marketing strategies. As Product Owner youll turn strategy into actiontranslating the vision and priorities from the Product Manager into tangible high impact outcomes.

What Youll Bring:

  • 5 years in Product Ownership or Product Management within a SaaS environment working with cross-functional agile teams.
  • Proficiency with Agile and backlog tools (Jira Confluence); skilled at writing clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Demonstrated data fluency able to interpret analytics and customer feedback to drive prioritization and measure outcomes.
  • Experience in B2B marketing/MarTech or data-centric products; ability to navigate fast-paced highly matrixed environments.

Were also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up were happy to support your development in:

  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification and familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC).
  • Experience with one or more of: audience segmentation and activation identity resolution/onboarding advertising platforms/DSPs or marketing analytics.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Organized solution-oriented mindset with strong execution discipline.

Impact Youll Make:

Backlog Delivery & Outcomes

  • Own and continuously refine the team backlog; translate vision into user stories and acceptance criteria that maximize business value.
  • Lead sprint planning reviews and retrospectives; ensure delivery quality and definition of done adherence.
  • Define and track product outcomes and team KPIs (e.g. feature adoption time-to-value cycle time escaped defects) to inform prioritization and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder & Customer Collaboration

  • Partner daily with Product Management Engineering UX QA Analytics and Client Success to align priorities remove blockers and validate solutions.
  • Represent the end-user perspective in discovery design and implementation; conduct or support UAT and usability validation.
  • Triage product inquiries and enhancement requests with Client Success; convert feedback and data into backlog items.

Quality Readiness & Improvements

  • Drive release readiness: release timelines author release notes support documentation and enablement materials.
  • Facilitate release audits and ensure adherence to internal standards and privacy-first practices.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance delivery flow cross-functional collaboration and product quality.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72300.00 - $105000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience job-related skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
