Job Summary
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the auto industry Were looking for an experienced Auto Collision Estimator to join our growing team at Portsmouth Auto Body where quality repairs and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate repair estimates using CCC and Profitnet.
- Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repair costs and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth repair process
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as an estimator in an auto body/collision repair setting
- Proficiency with estimating software (CCC preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Valid drivers license
