JOB SUMMARY

The Restoration Crew Chief prescribes coordinates controls and performs work activities on restoration projects to successfully fulfill service needs and facilitate a positive customer experience. As the front-line representative of the SERVPRO brand the crew chief demonstrates to customers and clients the companys Here to Help commitment.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Facilitate a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction of services.

2. Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities.

3. Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.

4. Identify safety hazards communicate and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and workers. Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times.

5. Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided.

6. Manage and control labor and consumable usage on assigned projects. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Coach and train production technicians.

2. Communicate with production manager and office staff on project progress and issues.

3. Perform daily weekly and monthly vehicle maintenance and equipment maintenance as assigned. Oversee facility and grounds maintenance as assigned.

4. Continue development of production expertise in services cleaning products and equipment.

5. Other tasks/duties as required by employer.

Necessary Experience and Skill Set:

Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning restoration or construction.

Strong supervisory skills.
Strong communication skills oral and written.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving history
Must pass a background check
Must be able to work overtime and emergency calls
Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more

IICRC certifications and experience in our industry preferred. We are looking for applicants that are dependable hard-working trustworthy and responsible. SERVPRO will provide additional paid training when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base salary Commission.
