What Youll Do:

Respond quickly to emergencies such as water or fire damage.
Perform restoration activities: water extraction demolition equipment setup and site cleanup.
Load maintain and track tools and supplies for projects.
Communicate clearly with supervisors teammates and clients.
Ensure safety standards are always met.

What Were Looking For:

A valid drivers license and clean record.
Willingness to work a rotating on-call shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
Previous experience in restoration construction or related fields (preferred).
IICRC certification (a plus).

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly (up to 100 lbs with assistance).
Comfortable working at heights in crawl spaces or attics.
Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks.
Comfortable working with/around cleaning agents.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
