Requirements:

Demonstrated background as a CFO or comparable executive-level finance leader

Significant experience in senior management roles ideally within finance or accounting functions

Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industry strongly preferred.

Proven capability in driving business growth and guiding long-term financial strategy

Strong command of cost-control principles and related best practices

Skilled in designing and executing comprehensive risk management programs

Broad expertise in technical accounting tax matters and regulatory reporting requirements

Exceptional financial writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate complex financial data

Robust knowledge of core financial disciplines including budgeting forecasting and analytical review

Understanding of cost accounting frameworks tools and processes

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Acting as a key strategic advisor to the CEO the Chief Financial Officer will direct the organizations financial strategy while also overseeing Finance Human Resources Legal and Information Technology. The CFO will help build the financial rigor operational infrastructure and governance needed to support sustainable growth and successful transactions.

Provide executive leadership and set the strategic vision for the companys financial activities

Lead initiatives related to business growth and financial planning

Create and maintain cost-control programs to enhance overall financial health

Oversee companywide risk management and ensure proper policies are in place

Uphold compliance with all technical accounting standards and regulatory obligations

Direct tax planning and manage all tax-related reporting and compliance

Produce and evaluate regulatory filings and reports for internal and external audiences

Develop clear comprehensive financial reports outlining key insights and strategic recommendations

Utilize advanced financial methodologies to assess and interpret financial performance
