Work youll do

• Responsible for functional support in SAP-EWM/LE/TM/IM and integration with other applications or mobile devices.
• Provide user support and training and resolve issues and requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with business owner system architect on System Improvement by gathering business requirements and documentation.
• Conduct and facilitates system testing to ensure a successful implementation.
• Monitor operational processes and provide ongoing operational support.
• Compile and update documentation on system specification operation procedures etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT system support especially in SAP EWM/LE/TM/IM
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication (fluent in English Japanese is an added advantage) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
