About Robeco France
Operating since 1987 Robeco France consists of a team of 6 members dedicated to Sales & Marketing including sales representatives sales associate head of marketing & communication and business operations manager.
Position & Requirements
Key responsibilities
- CLIENTS CLIENTS REPORTING & SALES ASSISTANCE
- Support the relationship manager with gathering and compiling materials required for business development (eg pitch books (Seismic) follow-up on client queries research papers product materials).
- Support the relationship manager in the day-to-day client management by gathering input to answer basic ad hoc client queries or by referring operational questions to COO Client Service teams (Funds or Mandates team).
- Responsible of assigned reporting post investments and clients follow up. It includes being the link between the clients and Robeco for all existing and development of the reporting to be addressed on a regular basis on a specific demand basis.
- Organize coordinate and run regular conference call with clients and Portfolio Manager / CPM along with the sales manager.
- Assist the relationship managers in requesting and responding to (simple) RFI/RFP locally or (more complex) in cooperation with the RFP team (RFP requests Pricing Committee requests)
- Follow up of sales operations and clients flows by liaising also with Finance to reconcile the clients activities within Robeco France (RF)s books
- Act as back-up point of contact for the KYC Center Onboarding CS Fund teams if they have basic questions on the on/offboarding.
CRM ACTIVITY (in coordination with Sales & Marketing)
- Support relationship managers to capture and keep up to date in CRM: clients prospects consultants other involved parties contact persons activities opportunities assets at risk and account plans.
- Monitor and maintain the accuracy and segmentation of the CRM database including regular reviews to identify issues assess contact relevance (e.g. Platinum/Gold/Silver tiers market influencers) and ensure email validity.
- Manage and optimize marketing lists by ensuring regular checks for completeness and accuracy (e.g. removing duplicates filling missing data) and building targeted lists to support strategic outreach especially for key clients.
- Assist relationship managers to qualify marketing leads and do list management for distribution of sales and marketing materials and event invitations via CRM (CRM Client Touch Point dashboards)
- EVENTS COORDINATION (in coordination with Marketing)
- Participation & Coordination of clients events organization jointly with Marketing
- Invitation list process: provide support for updated marketing lists / selective lists (P/G/S)
- Post-event assessment client participation in line with CRM classification & update it
SALES REPORTING ROBECO FRANCE (in coordination with Sales)
- Prepare for the local head of sales reporting ad hoc/monthly sales channel reports (CRM Qlik Sense)
- Follow up and reconciliation monthly sales figures with HQ based on information provided by Sales
- Resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; and notifying managers and customers.
Ancillary tasks
- Contribute to create push email on targeted strategy in line with sales focus for example that can be done in collaboration with S&M CPM key strategies pitches
- Translation work : contribute to review of insights & inv. papers; web pages in coordination with Marketing and Client Servicing France
