About the Role
The main responsibilities would be performing various tasks in AR and disbursement functions to support divisional operations.
What You Will Do
- Billing run and supporting validation and filing for 3rd party customers.
- Invoice issuance supporting document preparation.
- Sales breakdown and AR aging report preparation.
- AR collection clearing and bad debt provision calculation.
- Overdue AR dunning.
- ICO charge in/out and ICO monthly reconciliation.
- Bank reconciliations preparation.
- Support line manager in both internal and external auditing and process improvement.
- Other ad-hoc requirements.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related field.
- 2-5 years working experience in AR and disbursement functions MNC background is preferred.
- Knowledge of financial system SAP experience is a preferred.
- Good PC skills especially in Excel Word & PowerPoint.
- Professional working proficiency in English is required.
- Team player and self-motivated with good communication skills.
Bonus Points if You Have
- Capability in Japanese (both written and spoken) is a plus.
- Bank treasury software experience is preferred.
