岗位职责
负责中控室设备器材物品点检与日常维护保持其完好的使用状态确保不挪用不外借室内室外周边卫生保持清洁
负责实时查看监控画面重点关注厂区出入口及重点物资区域对发现的异常情况及时汇报并进行后续处理跟进发现监控故障报警等其他异常要及时汇报并填写安防设备故障维修记录跟进维修进展
负责门禁设施的检查发现门禁设施故障报警等其他异常及时汇报并填写安防设备故障维修记录进行自主维护跟进维修进展
负责实时检查火警主机填写运行记录发现故障报警异常及时汇报填写维修记录并跟进维修进展积极配合完成定期的消防设施维保测试
负责门岗及巡逻岗位的检查收集出门证点检表交接班记录异常记录等进行检查汇总记录汇报并进行后续处理跟进
负责建筑设施备用钥匙的存放领用借用有效性核对失效处理盘点等
负责门禁卡摄影许可证的制作发放回收等并进行相关记录和系统处理
执行安保安全信息安全及防火巡查报告巡查汇总执行应急演练
严格门禁管理制度对因工/公进出人员按流程进行审核登记
遵守岗位纪律未经批准禁止录像/拍照中控室座机电话属工作及紧急联系电话严禁私用
执行其它临时性任务
岗位要求
认同卡特彼勒行为价值观政治品德端正
具有高度的责任心和较强的学习能力良好的沟通及交流能力Office等办公软件基础使用能力
具有良好的体能能迅速响应应急事件能适应夜班岗位模式
持有消防设施操作员中级四级或以上职业资格证书
