Synergie Australia is seeking a Call Centre Operator for a leader in environmental solutions located in Chullora

The important parts:

Temp assignment ongoing
Monday to Friday no WFH
9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM
$37.39 per hour super
ASAP Start
Chullora parking onsite

What you will be required to do:

The successful candidate will be answering high volume inbound calls whilst completing administration duties on multiple softwares.

High volume calls 30-60 calls a day
Resident and commercial customers
Dealing with enquiries: booking kerb side collections residents bin collection and bin maintenance
Handling multiple booking portals
Handling council contracts

To be successful in the role you will:

2 years in a call centre environment
Ability to multi-task and handle high volume calls
Must be reliable and committed to attending work regularly.
Dedicated to achieve KPIs
Intermediate experience using Microsoft products excel outlook word.
Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
Have working rights in Australia
Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
