Synergie Australia is seeking a Call Centre Operator for a leader in environmental solutions located in Chullora

The important parts:

  • Temp assignment ongoing
  • Monday to Friday no WFH
  • 9AM to 5PM or 8AM to 4PM
  • $37.39 per hour super
  • ASAP Start
  • Chullora parking onsite

What you will be required to do:

The successful candidate will be answering high volume inbound calls whilst completing administration duties on multiple softwares.

  • High volume calls 30-60 calls a day
  • Resident and commercial customers
  • Dealing with enquiries: booking kerb side collections residents bin collection and bin maintenance
  • Handling multiple booking portals
  • Handling council contracts

To be successful in the role you will:

  • 2 years in a call centre environment
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume calls
  • Must be reliable and committed to attending work regularly.
  • Dedicated to achieve KPIs
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft products excel outlook word.
  • Solid communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Have working rights in Australia
  • Have access to reliable transport and ability to get to work
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude towards safety and its importance in every role.
