Job Summary

We are searching for a Technical Project Lead for our Aberdeen Proving Ground Maryland location. This position will be onsite 5 days a week. Primary responsibility will be to technically manage cost schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects.
Qualifications
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
- Bachelors degree or advanced degree in computer science engineering physics or other related discipline plus at least 7 years of engineering experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project lead role technically managing cost schedule and performance of R&D engineering projects
- Position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- US Citizenship
- Should have robust knowledge/experience of EO/IR technologies RF technologies or Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies
- Experience with military system RDT&E processes and organizations
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
- Ideal candidate would be EW SME with Army project leader experience
- Prior DOD civilian project leader or military project/product manager.
